On 1st June 2015, the CLP-regulation definitely supersedes the EU substance and preparations directives

The European GHS directive (EC) No. 1272/2008, referred to as CLP-regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging), entered into force on 20th January 2009. Now, the long transitional period has finally ended and the CLP-regulation is mandatory for substances from 1st June on, also for preparations.
