Personal data refers to individual information regarding personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, the name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number. Almost our entire website can be used without providing your personal data. VITLAB collects and uses your personal data solely for the purpose for which you provide your data, e.g. to process requests for information, batch certificates, orders for brochures or samples. We may only transmit data to our local sales partners for processing your specific enquiry and after receiving your proper consent.


Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion, objection

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time, and this is free of charge. You also have the right to correct, block or delete your personal data.


For data blockage to be realized, this data must be stored in a lock file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of this data, if we are not legally obliged to archive it. Use of cookies

VITLAB Cookies: VITLAB uses cookies and active components (e.g. JavaScript) to follow the preferences of the visitors and so as to optimally design the web pages accordingly.


Cookies are small text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on your computer when you visit our website. This cookie contains a characteristic character string that enables a unique identification of the browser when the website is called up again. If you wish, you can delete the cookies at any time. Web analytics by Matomo (formerly PIWIK)

Newsletter data

If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the VITLAB website, we will need an e-mail address from you, as well as information that will allow us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data are not collected or collected only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for the delivery of the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.


The processing of the data entered into the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). The granted consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. Campaign Monitor

This website uses Campaign Monitor to send newsletters. The provider is the Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd., Attn: Legal, 631 Howard St., 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Campaign Monitor is a service which can be used to organize and analyse newsletter delivery. The data you enter (for example, e-mail address) for the purposes of receiving a newsletter is stored on the Campaign Monitor servers in the United States.


Our newsletter which is sent with Campaign Monitor allows us to analyse the behaviour of newsletter recipients. This allows us to analyse, among other things, as to how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it is also possible to analyse whether a predefined action has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. Data processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.

VITLAB takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons or against unauthorized disclosure. The security measures in use are continuously improved in accordance with technological developments.
