When used correctly, rechargeable batteries and batteries are a safe and reliable energy source. However, improper use can lead to leakage, emissions, or in extreme cases, explosions and/or fires. Therefore, please observe the warning notices mentioned in this document.
VITLAB® is responding to Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 (Battery Regulation) and thereby helps to ensure the safe use of batteries and rechargeable batteries by users. The user uses the batteries and rechargeable batteries at their workplace in the laboratory. The batteries and rechargeable batteries are replaced or recharged there, and the following warnings apply in this context.
According to the regulation, this document is valid until February 18, 2027.
